Welcome to our Tranquil Lake Cove home, the perfect retreat to unwind and rejuvenate with your entire family in a serene lakeside setting.
Additionally, our lake house offers three well-appointed bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and comfort. The spacious living room, complete with Wi-Fi, is perfect for relaxing after a day of lakeside activities.
Moreover, the kitchen, fully equipped (groceries not included), and the dining room make meals a breeze. A generously-sized game room, stocked with a pool and ping pong table, video games, televisions, and a selection of board games, provides your entertainment.
Furthermore, bask in the beauty of nature right from our backyard. Our hammocks overlooking the water provide a tranquil spot for relaxation and are a frequent resting area for local deer.
Additionally, we provide a three-person canoe complete with two paddles for your lake adventures. An outdoor area features a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), a fire pit for those cozy evenings, comfortable seating, and a beautifully lighted patio.
While our property doesn’t offer direct lake access, a public lake access point is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive away for fantastic fishing and water sport activities.
To ensure your safety, we have installed 4 outdoor cameras around the perimeter of the house.
Please note, due to the property’s proximity to the lake, an array of wildlife including beavers, armadillos, deer, snakes, spiders, and various insects are common. The back of the property is fenced, but beyond the fence, a lake inlet with mud and potentially poisonous vegetation exists.
